McDonald’s offered two Halloween Pails in 1999 as Happy Meal premiums. Both feature McDonald’s familiar McDonaldland characters, the first is white with a bat “hat” cookie cutter and Ronald McDonald, while the second is orange with a green pumpkin stem, pumpkin-shaped,  cookie cutter, and Birdie and Grimace.
