1989 saw the addition of McWitch and McGhost. 

1990 switched to a happier pumpkin face, and the witch’s eyes are open and the ghost now has white pupils. 

The buckets for 1990 were “neon”, which means they were a bit brighter and the coolest thing, the ghost actually glowed in the dark!

 Neon Pumpkin, Neon Witch, and Glow-in-the-dark-Ghost were available in October, 1990.
