 McDonald’s offered two Halloween Pails in 1999 as Happy Meal premiums. Both feature McDonald’s familiar McDonaldland characters, the first is white with a bat “hat” cookie cutter and Ronald McDonald, while the second is orange with a green pumpkin stem, pumpkin-shaped,  cookie cutter, and Birdie and Grimace.

McDonald’s hasn’t given away Halloween themed buckets since 2001, but they’ve returned in 2010! They’re definitely pacing themselves, as there are only two different buckets to collect.
