Garfield has one spooktacular adventure on the Eve of All Saints. He fashions himself a pirate costume then takes Odie out trick-or-treating to ensure extra candy. But when attempting to cross a river on a boat, Garfield and Odie end up at a haunted house. Horror and hilarity ensue.

Upset by rumors that Halloween may end, Dracula (Judd Hirsch) calls his mild-mannered monsters together and delivers an ultimatum - either regain their frightening image, or leave his Transylvania castle forever.

Mildred (Fairuza Balk) attends an academy for witches. She tries her best to become a good witch, but things go terribly wrong for her and she gets picked on by classmate, Ethel (Anna Kipling). Miss Hardbroom (Diana Rigg) teaches and Miss Cackle (Charlotte Rae) runs the school. Evil Aggie (Rae) tries to take over the school. Tim Curry plays the grand wizard.
